I'm thinking about what the situation was in Columbia 2. You have workers who are there just to get paid for fulfilling their roles as workers. It's this recursive position of work that makes things very bleak and meaningless. We've reached the end, but haven't crossed the threshhold. The bravery required is more than one person, but it starts that way. Brave stories build momentum to induce change.
